Adulthood brings with itself a dawn of new changes. It demands adapting to both the inner and the outer world, all at the same time. One of the spaces people find it most hard to evolve into is often their own home and with their own parents. It doesn’t mean the love gets reduced, just that the equation around it gets redefined. I have closely observed how I settled back with my parents when I moved back to Dehradun after 10 years of being on my own in Mumbai. These are a handful of learnings from that season of change.
